What does the setup fee cover?
Real work: provisioning your dedicated phone routing, connecting Brooke to your practice's schedule, configuring your escalation contacts, and testing the full call flow with your team before launch.
What counts as a call?
A call Brooke actually answers and handles. Hang-ups, wrong numbers, and robocalls don't count against your included volume.
What happens if we go over 600 calls?
Nothing scary. We'll reach out, show you the numbers, and add an overage block at a fair rate. High call volume is a good problem — we price it like one, not like a penalty.
Why no annual contract?
Because we've been the practice locked into one. If Brooke isn't earning her keep, you should be able to leave — that pressure keeps us honest and keeps the product improving.
Is there really no other cost?
The monthly fee and the one-time setup are it. Telephone infrastructure and AI processing are included — no per-minute meters, no "platform fees" appearing on invoice three.
Do you offer a trial?
The demo line is the trial — call (763) 555-0142 and put Brooke through her paces. And since there's no contract, your real trial is simply your first month.
