Effective Date: April 17, 2026Brooke AI is the AI-powered dental receptionist platform operated by Infinite Dental Marketing. Brooke AI handles patient phone calls, schedules appointments, and sends SMS text messages to authorized dental office staff for operational alerts.
What messages does Brooke AI send?
Brooke AI sends SMS messages exclusively to authorized dental office staff for the following purposes:
- Emergency escalation alerts — sent when the AI determines a patient call requires immediate staff intervention (e.g., a dental emergency or patient requesting urgent callback). These messages may include a secure link to a call transcript page hosted on the practice's Brooke AI dashboard (e.g.,
https://brooke.example.com/emergency/abc123). - Opt-in confirmation — a one-time message confirming your enrollment in SMS alerts.
- Keyword responses — replies to STOP, HELP, or START commands you send.
Message frequency varies based on call volume and escalation events. Most users receive fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to Brooke AI SMS alerts to use the Brooke AI service or any services from Infinite Dental Marketing.

The embedded link in emergency alerts points to a secure, token-protected page on the dental practice's Brooke AI dashboard where staff can review the call transcript. These links are unique per escalation event and expire after use.
Opt-In Process
Brooke AI SMS alerts are available to authorized staff members at dental practices that use the Brooke AI platform. Consent is collected through a secure, password-protected admin dashboard. The complete opt-in process is as follows:
Step 1 — Log in to the Brooke AI Admin Dashboard
An authorized admin or staff member logs into the Brooke AI Admin Dashboard at their office's secure URL using their username and password credentials.
Step 2 — Navigate to Escalation Contacts
Under Settings > Emergency Escalation Contacts, the staff member adds their name and mobile phone number.
Step 3 — Enable SMS and review consent disclosure
The staff member checks the "Notify via SMS" checkbox. Upon checking, the following consent disclosure is displayed directly on-screen next to their contact entry:
Additionally, a prominent disclosure at the top of the escalation contacts section includes links to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Step 4 — Save contacts to confirm enrollment
The staff member clicks "Save Contacts" to confirm their enrollment. This action records their consent in our system.
Step 5 — Receive opt-in confirmation SMS
An opt-in confirmation SMS is automatically sent to the provided phone number:
How consent is recorded
Each contact's opt-in status is stored with a timestamp in the office configuration database. When a contact opts in, the date and time are recorded. When a contact opts out (via STOP keyword or admin dashboard), the opt-out date and time are also recorded. Only contacts who have actively opted in and have not subsequently opted out will receive SMS messages from Brooke AI.

You can manage your Brooke AI SMS enrollment at any time by texting the following keywords to the number that sent you a message:

You can also disable SMS alerts at any time by unchecking "Notify via SMS" in the Brooke AI Admin Dashboard, or by contacting your office administrator.
Data Sharing & Privacy
We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS message content with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your phone number and message data are shared only with:
- The dental practice you are affiliated with.
- Our telecommunications provider (Telnyx), solely for the purpose of delivering messages.
